Norman Mailer dies at 84

Mailer died of acute renal failure at Mount Sinai Hospital. From his debut novel to his literary journalism,  the two-time Pulitzer Prize winner always got credit for insight, passion and originality.

Another Great Pulp Writer Has Left Us

Peter Benchley, a great pulp Writer, passed away. We was most famous for Jaws, which spent more than 40 weeks on the New York Times best-seller list. My condolences go out to his family and my thanks to him for sharing his great works with all of us. We will miss you.
